Flight Lieutenant Thomas William Gregory CD

Administrative Officer Royal Canadian Air Force.

The 1938 competition was won by LAC T. W. Gregory who had previously won the medal in 1935 as a member of the Regular Army.

He was, however, ineligible to win the medal as he was a member of the RCAF. He later went on the win the RCAF medal in 1955.

He is the only person to have won Queen's medals in two different services.
